Weaving the Fabric of You

Woman holding paper dollsWhen you choose us for your care, we want you to know that our ultimate goal is to create a safe space for healing that allows you to improve the connection to your mind, body and life through focused, gentle and natural chiropractic adjustments.

Dr. Hayward believes in diving deep to uncover what’s really going on in your or your animals body. In fact, being the “detective” is one of her favorite parts about getting the chance to work with you.

She takes pride in getting to the root of your issue, leaving no stone unturned. She’ll also happily work with other members of your medical team to approach care from a whole-body standpoint.

At the end of the day, getting (and keeping) you well is the ultimate goal, and we’re happy to play whatever role you need us to.

Witnessing the Power of Adjustments

Dr. Hayward has had the privilege of helping animals and humans live their best lives; sometimes, that means affording them the opportunity to do simple, daily activities.

One incredible story is with a beautiful one year old cat who came into the clinic for potential chiropractic support having been previously diagnosed with Cerebellar Hypoplasia.* This is a congenital condition in which the cerebellum of the brain fails to develop properly. The cerebellum is the portion of the brain that controls fine motor skills, balance, and coordination. The owner, knowing chiropractic adjustments can create a positive effect on the overall body and nervous system was hopeful we could help with her stability & fine motor skills – factors that would contribute to decreasing this sweet cat’s chance of injury and overall improve her quality of life. After regular chiropractic care over the next 8 weeks along with guided exercises performed at home we witnessed major improvement. The adorable cat was reported to have improved gait, increased ability to stand longer when placed on the ground, and was navigating down steps easier with improved coordination – important ADLs (Activities of Daily Living).

That’s the power of focused and gentle chiropractic!
